These Payment Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment transactions between CaffTean beverages ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and customers ("you" or "your") using our automated beverage vending machines.
1. Payment Methods
1.1 We accept payments exclusively through Unified Payments Interface (UPI) via our payment partner Razorpay.
1.2 All major UPI applications including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and others are supported.
1.3 Cash payments are not accepted at our vending machines.
2. Pricing and Taxes
2.1 All prices displayed on the vending machine are in Indian Rupees (INR).
2.2 The displayed prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes including GST.
2.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2.4 The price displayed at the time of transaction will be the final price charged.
3. Payment Process
3.1 Select your desired beverage from the vending machine interface.
3.2 The total amount payable will be displayed on the screen.
3.3 Scan the QR code displayed using your UPI-enabled application.
3.4 Complete the payment through your UPI app by entering your UPI PIN.
3.5 Upon successful payment confirmation, the beverage will be dispensed.
3.6 A digital receipt will be generated for your transaction.
4. Transaction Security
4.1 All payment transactions are processed through Razorpay's secure payment gateway.
4.2 We do not store, collect, or have access to your UPI PIN or banking credentials.
4.3 All transactions are encrypted and follow RBI guidelines for digital payments.
4.4 Your payment information is transmitted directly to Razorpay and your bank.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refunds will be initiated in the following circumstances:
a) Payment is successful but the beverage is not dispensed
b) Technical malfunction resulting in non-delivery of the selected beverage
c) Double payment due to technical issues
5.2 To request a refund, please contact our customer support with:
a) Transaction ID/Reference number
b) Date and time of transaction
c) Vending machine location/ID
d) Screenshot of payment confirmation
5.3 Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after verification.
5.4 Refund amount will be credited to the original payment source.
5.5 No refunds will be provided for:
a) Change of mind after successful beverage dispensation
b) Incorrect beverage selection by the customer
6. Failed Transactions
6.1 If your payment fails, please retry the transaction.
6.2 In case of payment deduction without beverage dispensation, do not retry payment.
6.3 Contact customer support immediately with transaction details.
6.4 If amount is deducted but transaction shows failed, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5-7 working days.

9. Liability Limitations
9.1 We are not liable for:
a) Network connectivity issues affecting payment processing
b) UPI app malfunctions or bank server downtime
c) Incorrect UPI PIN entry or insufficient account balance
9.2 Our liability is limited to the refund of the transaction amount in valid cases.
10. Terms Modifications
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
10.2 Updated Terms will be displayed on our website and vending machines.
10.3 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
11.3 We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations before legal proceedings.
